05Data Retention

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Ticket and partnership records are retained for 5 years for accounting and legal purposes. Event footage is retained for the lifetime of the IP and future marketing.

06Sharing & International Transfers

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Event (ticketing, email, payment, production). Some processors may be located outside the EU/EEA; in such cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to protect your data.
