01Tickets & Payment

Tickets are sold per person and are non-transferable except with prior written consent. All ticket prices include applicable VAT (DPH).

Tickets are sold via SMS Ticket. Confirmation of purchase is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

02Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Event is cancelled by the organiser. If you cannot attend, you may request a name change for your ticket up to 14 days before the Event, subject to approval.

If the organiser cancels the Event, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.

• •Cancellation by the attendee: no refund, name change possible up to 14 days before the Event.

03Event Postponement

If the Event is postponed rather than cancelled, all tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

The organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or ancillary costs incurred by attendees.

04Right of Entry

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the spirit of the Event. Entry is conditional on presenting a valid ticket and valid photo identification.

Re-entry is at the discretion of the venue and organiser. Security searches may be conducted on entry.

05Age Restriction

The minimum age to attend the Event is 18 years. Alcohol is served throughout the evening, and valid photo identification will be required to confirm age.

Minors under 18 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by an adult.

06Photography & Filming Consent

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and filmed by the organiser's official production team. This material may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, across digital and print media, without further consent or compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in such material, please notify a member of staff on arrival. The organiser will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background or wide shots.

07Code of Conduct

The Event is a celebration built on participation, respect, and cultural exchange. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will result in immediate removal without refund.

08Liability

Attendees attend at their own risk. The organiser is not liable for loss of personal property or personal injury, except where caused by the organiser's negligence. The organiser's liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.
